Description
As the strategic leader of the Enterprise Systems team, you will guide a talented group of System Administrators responsible for the core infrastructure powering our business. This includes enterprise platforms such as our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Learning Management System (LMS), company websites, and other business-critical applications.
You’ll serve as a key technology partner across the organization — driving system stability, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional goals. With a focus on continuous improvement and strategic IT governance, you’ll also lead our cross-functional IT Steering Committee, helping shape the roadmap for enterprise technology across the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of system administrators and IT operations personnel focused on enterprise platforms and services.
- Systems Ownership: Oversee the performance, uptime, upgrades, and integration of core enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, LMS, and public/internal websites.
- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to map, document, and continuously improve business processes across departments, with a strong focus on system-enabled efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Facilitate vision-setting sessions with key stakeholders and translate strategic objectives into clear system requirements, user stories, and actionable technical tasks. Serve as the bridge between business teams and engineering, ensuring continuous alignment and refinement throughout the development lifecycle.
- Project Coordination & Communication: Coordinate internal and external resources, manage timelines, and proactively communicate progress and key deliverables to stakeholders across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Operations leaders to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Product Strategy & Governance: Lead a cross-functional IT Steering Committee to prioritize and align technology initiatives, ensure transparency, and guide long-term planning.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and integration partners to ensure service quality and strategic alignment.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes align with security, compliance, and data integrity standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
- 7 years of experience in IT systems leadership, operations, or franchise environments.
- Proven experience managing enterprise systems (WMS, ERP, LMS) and leading technical teams.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or steering committees.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and hands-on.
