What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Lead position at Scooter's Coffee?
We are looking for an energetic, fun person to join our team. We actually have a blast at work, serving others! If you do not have coffee experience, no worries - we will train you how to make lattes, smoothies, tea, and serve it up with a smile. You will work in a team environment with integrity, humility, love, and courage. Our tasks include (but are not limited to) making drinks, putting away weekly deliveries, stocking syrups and milk, serving coffee, chatting with customers, smiling (A LOT), and shining your light to the city of Sterling Heights : ) Hours : Flexible schedule with all shifts available

Responsibilities :
Leading your shift team- including morning rushes, middays, and closes
Training new Baristas
Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food
Clean, sanitize and maintain the store
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
Research and resolve quality and service complaints and / or issues
Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
Additional duties as assigned
