Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.

- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees on operational procedures and customer service standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area and kitchen.
Requirements
- Proven experience in team management or leadership roles within the hospitality or casual dining industry.
- Strong understanding of shift management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of food management practices, including inventory control and food handling regulations.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
