Duties
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the business
- Manage and motivate a team of baristas to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Recruit, train, and supervise new employees
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to hire qualified candidates for store
- Assist with payroll and scheduling
- Monitor inventory and help place weekly order
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
