What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at Scooter's Fish House?
We are hiring for Back of House/Cook Positions. Our Back of House team rotates through four positions to make sure our business is running well. We are a fast service establishment, compared to a serve and sit restaurant. We offer all hands-on training. Previous experience is welcomed as well! We are looking for people who are determined to learn new skills and want to be part of a team!
Scooter's Fish House is located on 1968 Highway-87, Navarre, Florida, 32566.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Checking Product Going Out To Guests
- Cleanliness and Sanitary Precautions Of All Work Stations
- Frying, Grilling, Breading, Expediting, Dishes, and Prep
- Setting Up and Breaking Down Workstations
- Cook/Learn All Recipes To Standard
- Communicating with Front of House and Managers
Qualifications:
- Must Be 18 Years Old
- Reliable Transportation
- Must Have Open Availability. (Willing To Work Around Your Schedule, Please Let Us Know During The Interview Ahead of Time!)
- Strong Attention To Detail
- Able to Lift Up To 50lbs and Stand On Your Feet For Long Periods of Time
- Ability To Listen and Communicate Effectively
- Familiarity With Kitchen Equipment and Utensils
- No Experience Needed, But Preferred (We Offer All Hands-On Training As Well!)
