The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing and tracking marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating all promotional activities, assisting in franchise digital marketing efforts and ensuring brand consistency.
The coordinator will work with vendors, businesses, schools, chamber of commerce, city officials, Scooter's corporate, etc. to plan events or participate in opportunities to market the business . They will assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, product and asset ordering, and managing other marketing expenses. The marketing coordinator will develop team members to meet and exceed customer expectations as well as help with internal training on all new product and campaign launches. Monitoring sales goals daily, weekly and monthly will be a critical component of the position.
This opportunity could involve additional hours as a barista and/or could be structured to fullfill a college internship requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Basic graphic design skills and some profiency in marketing softward such as google analtyics, CRM tools, direct mail and social media management.
- Excellent written and communication skills

- Strong at problem solving, multi-tasking
- Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style
- Quick service experience a plus
- Ability to respond to customer needs
This is a flexible position and may require some evening and weekend hours due to events or job scheduling. You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooters Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees
