The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations duties. This position will serve as a role model for all Barista responsibilities and will also serve as the team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone seeking management in training experience and can provide growth potential for the right candidate.
