JOB DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in all staffing, sales and operations in a Scooter’s Coffee location. This role builds and leads a friendly, service-oriented barista team, sets high-energy work pace, drives sales, increases profit and demonstrates an engaged management style.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in Omaha, NE or Dallas, Tx for the first 2 weeks of employment
• Ability to effectively teach and lead others
• Passion for working with people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Prior leadership skills preferred, but no prior Barista experience necessary
