Schedule Information:

Current Schedules for both positions: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM (Temporary Schedule)

Upcoming Schedule Change:

Starting in May 2025 the Warehouse Associate Dry Picker will move to the following schedule below:

• Wednesday to Saturday: 1st shift schedule (4 ten hour days)

Starting March 10th, Warehouse Associate Loaders will move to the following schedule below:

• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Some days may have an early departure to balance hours)

This adjustment will allow us to better support our growing operations and ensure smooth delivery of products to our locations.

Within the Scooter’s Coffee brand sits Harvest Roasting, which includes our warehouse, bakery, and roastery. Harvest Roasting serves as the supplier to all of our coffeehouse locations, including corporate and franchise owned, providing weekly product deliveries of the vast majority of products needed for daily business. For us, the focus is on quality; therefore, we handle all the roasting, shipping, baking, and packaging within Harvest Roasting.

Location  

This position is a 100% in-person role. The successful candidate will be expected to work in person on all scheduled workdays.

Description 

Did you know that Scooter’s Coffee roasts our coffee beans and bakes our baked goods and distributes them to our stores? We are looking for a Warehouse Associate that will help pick, organize and load products from our warehouse and prepare them for delivery to our coffee houses and kiosks. We are also looking for someone who can be flexible. No experience necessary, just the willingness to learn! 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·      Accurately pull orders and load on delivery trucks 

·      Create delivery list 

·      Monitor product to ensure quality is maintained 

·      Receive, check, and stock incoming product 

·      Perform HACCP duties as required and maintain necessary logs 

Qualifications

·      No previous experience necessary 1 years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred 

·      Works well in team environment and individually  

·      Positive attitude 

·      Commitment to safety  

·      Detail oriented and self-motivated 

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion  

·      Ability to lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 100 pounds frequently throughout a day 

·      Ability to stand, sit, stoop, climb, kneel and crouch occasionally throughout a day  

·      Ability to hear, see, and speak within a loud environment 

·      Ability to walk on concrete surface frequently throughout a day  

·      Regular and predictable attendance  

·      Successful completion of HACCP training upon hire 

·      Successful completion of forklift training upon hire 

·      Ability to pass company background screen and drug screen 

Job Level Competencies – S1

• Entry-level role; requires supervision; work is narrow in scope
• Requires basic skills with a focus on developing some specialized skills

• Basic knowledge of the process for the assigned work

Physical Demands & Environment

Able to meet the following physical demands, either with or without a reasonable accommodation: 

•     Regular and predictable attendance

•     Stand, sit, stoop, climb, kneel and crouch occasionally throughout a day 

•     Hear, see, and speak within a loud environment 

•     Work in varying temperature zones, from freezer temperatures to non air conditioned temperatures in the summer
