QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a Chef driven, contemporary, and full-service environment
- Commitment to creating a welcoming, memorable, and unique guest experience
- A knowledge of wine and spirits and the dedication to consistently educate our guests and team
- Self-motivated, work clean, and stay organized
- Positive and forward-thinking attitude with an knack for problem solving, team building and turning challenges into success stories
- Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit,)
- Have a basic understanding of COGs, identify opportunity areas and course correct as needed
- Achieve or exceed beverage cost expectations while maintaining quality, accuracy and timing standards
- Open and flexible schedule
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
