Purchasing Agent

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
• Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, supplier contracts, and purchasing activities.
• Facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of market trends and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
