Scope Services, Inc. is currently seeking to fill an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant for our Field Office in Melbourne, FL. The Administrative Assistant will support Management Staff, Field, Local Staff and our Customer.
Candidates with Administrative skills, basic Accounting skills and Customer Service skills will be an asset for this position. Need to pull Electrical Permits.

- Point of contact for Customer
- Schedule appointments
- General administrative functions
- Good communication skills; Email, Phone & Direct Contact

- General Accounting skills
- Self-starter, disciplined to meet goals and deadlines
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
- Good driving record and valid Driver's License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook
- Office/Warehouse environment
- Driving of a company authorized vehicle as needed
