Overview
We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Develop, test, and implement PLC programs for various industrial applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC operations and field devices.
- Perform calibration and maintenance on precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Conduct field service visits to install, maintain, or repair PLC systems and related equipment.
- Maintain documentation of all programming changes, system configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on PLC functionalities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or in a similar role within industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in programming logic controllers (PLC) with a solid understanding of automation processes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments including voltmeters and ohmmeters for calibration tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
