Senior Product Manager to join our Monopoly GO! game team in our Culver City studio hub, or remotely within the US! The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What You’ll Do Assist in the creation of product features from concept through release and post-launchBuild multiplayer social features that will improve and expand our social gameplay, while crafting experiences that are fun, dynamic, and socially-focusedTurn high-level ideas into detailed, well-designed featuresPartner with design and UX to oversee the completion of designs and specs to make sure they align with player needs, franchise strategy, and business goalsCollaborate closely with designers, artists, engineers, analysts, and producers to develop premier featuresOffer timely, frequent feedback on features, and provide engineers with implementation details as neededStay current on market trends to craft innovative roadmap featuresWhat We’re Looking For Passion for F2P Mobile Games : Enthusiastic about working on sophisticated F2P ecosystems, handling diverse player life cycles and spending behaviorsExperience & Qualifications : 5 years in F2P mobile casual gamesCommunication Skills : Strong verbal and written skills; able to explain the “why” to align the team with the product vision; ability to thrive in global team environmentProject Management : Skilled at prioritizing high-impact initiatives, understanding trade-offs, anticipating risks, managing expectations, and ensuring quality deliverablesDesign Expertise : Ability to build experiences that encourage positive player behaviorQuantitative Skills : Able to assess when and how to use data, translate product issues into analytics tasks, set hypotheses, interpret data optimally, and visualize it in ExcelCritical, Analytical, and Creative Thinking : Outcome-driven with a strong focus on execution and an ambitious mentalityProven experience in building and supporting social gameplay mechanicsBonus Points SQL skillsFor candidates in CA, CO, MD, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $145,000-$184,000 plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off.
