Scopely is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Monopoly Go! Team in Culver City on a hybrid basis working 3 days a week from the hub.

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely’s largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
What You Will Do
Oversee the always-on content schedule, ensuring all posts are culturally relevant, timely, on-brand, and consistent with platform best practices.
Create and curate engaging and shareable content across all social media platforms ( Instagram, TikTok, Twitter,
Build and maintain MONOPOLY GO!’s social media presence, including posting and publishing content, responding to comments and messages directly across platforms as needed.
Provide creative briefs, content ideas, and ongoing creative feedback for always on social content and campaign support. Work with design and agency teams to ensure all assets are delivered on time and meet platform specifications.
Work closely with the Community Team to amplify user-generated content and engage directly with the MONOPOLY GO! audience in meaningful ways.
Partner with influencers, streamers, and other creators to bring campaigns to life.
Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative approaches.
Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities to differentiate and elevate the brand.
Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
What We’re Looking For :
4-6 years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or a similar fast-paced industry.
Culturally savvy and trend-obsessed with a deep understanding of social media content creation and curation.
Experience providing creative feedback, familiarity working at or with an agency and creative teams.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter / X, Facebook, YouTube) and their respective best practices.
Proven ability to manage content calendars and publishing schedules efficiently.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Sprout Social or similar.
A creative eye for developing engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
