Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC apprenticeship or equivalent training program
- Valid HVAC technician license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
