As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Director to grow our established ServiceNow practice. This role offers the opportunity to elevate our ServiceNow capabilities, lead a talented team of consultants, and expand our market presence in the ever-evolving enterprise IT landscape.

Position Overview:

The ServiceNow Director will be responsible for growing our ServiceNow practice, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients while advancing the technical and operational excellence of our team. In this leadership role, you will leverage your expertise to guide engagements, support business development, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. You will play a key part in shaping the future of our ServiceNow offerings, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of our clients and the broader enterprise IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice Growth & Leadership:

  • Lead the growth and expansion of our ServiceNow practice, identifying new opportunities to drive client success and business development.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ServiceNow consultants, fostering an environment of learning, development, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to drive ServiceNow adoption and success across a variety of business functions, including ITSM, SPM, and more.

Client Engagement & Delivery:

  • Oversee and guide client-facing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Contribute to and lead major ServiceNow engagements, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in technical areas.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process and beyond.

Team Development & Utilization:

  • Ensure the successful utilization of consultants, driving billable targets while maintaining quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop talent within the ServiceNow practice, ensuring the team remains on the cutting edge of ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in methodologies, processes, and deliverables.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities, supporting the growth of the ServiceNow practice.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations, ensuring the successful positioning of Scopewell Solutions’ ServiceNow expertise.
  • Actively participate in shaping go-to-market strategies and thought leadership initiatives to increase market presence and client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong focus on ServiceNow platforms (ITSM, SPM, etc.).
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of growing and managing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and best practices for implementation and optimization.
  • Strong business development acumen with experience managing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a consulting firm, managing both people and projects to deliver exceptional results.
