Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service for patients, caretakers, and referral sources
- Communicate tactfully and professionally as a company representative with individuals
- Pull, pack, deliver, and pick-up customer orders while handling freight safely and efficiently
- Inspect all equipment pre-delivery and upon pick-up
- Set up and educate patients on safe and proper use of equipment
- Perform fitting and execute minor modifications as necessary
- Evaluate orthotic-device on patient, adjust to assure fit, function, medical efficiency and quality of work
- Identify and reconcile issues with orders, inventory, and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of orthopedic medical equipment and supplies preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols
