Today Scorpio is a leading service provider to the seaborne transportation of commodities and petroleum products business. Scorpio provides primarily full technical management expertise as well as commercially managing a fleet of over 180 vessels. Headquartered in Monaco, today the Group employs 850 onshore employees located across Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- IT support to top management / VIP users.
- Comprehensive End-user and office IT equipment IT Support.
- Hardware equipment troubleshooting & Inventory Management.
- User account management in Active Directory (Azure AD).
- Windows 11 installation and other standard applications.
- Mobile device management – iPhone & iPad.
- Local IT Vendor Management.
- Remote support and periodical onsite visit to the Houston office.
EXPERIENCE
2-3 years experience in a similar role

- Excellent Communication and Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

- Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Technical skills
- Active Directory Knowledge: User, Object & OU (Creation / Deletion / Update).
- Basic knowledge of O365, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Antivirus, and Intune.
- General knowledge of troubleshooting - Multifunction Printer, CPU, Laptop (Dell), Audio & Video conference system.
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Knowledge of ITSM & ITAM tools – ServiceNow or similar.
- Familiar with Microsoft Azure, 365 Admin and Intune portal.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in IT-related fields
