Job Summary
The Golf Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the golf shop, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including cash register management,
• Oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are displayed attractively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to improve overall shop profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience, preferably within the golf or sports industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
• Proficient in cash register operations and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
• A passion for golf and knowledge of golf equipment is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
