Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Global Securitization in New York / USA ensuring the daily monitoring of regulatory surveillance of 2a-7 and Risk Retention, the daily revenue certification in TARDIS, and the distribution of required daily reports to the respective departments. Ensuring the weekly revenue updates and reporting are accurate before distribution. Monitor and review client compliance (Seller Reports) monthly, while updating the Trendline, Rating Agency report and the Conduit Investor Report to be distributed at month-end. Ensures all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Monitor client monthly servicing reports (MSR) for US deals and prepare monthly ABCP reports for US ABCP investors, rating agencies (including Moody’s rating template), and LTM performance review (trendline) for each transaction. Asset classes in US and Canadian securitization programs includes, trade receivables, auto assets (including fleet leases), wholesale loans, consumer loans, credit card receivables, auto rentals, equipment loans / leases, insurance premiums, and timeshare loans.
- Track revenue for US and Canadian securitization business lines for ABCP conduits, ABS deals, and balance sheet transactions.
- Report month end portfolio overview / profile and deal revolving tenor to various groups within the bank - Global Banking Markets (GBM), Group Treasury (GT), Global Risk Management (GRM), Finance, PC, and Global Wholesale Operations (GWO),
- Liaise with the Origination, PC, and GWO teams on all new deals, extensions / amendments, and terminations
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his / her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML / ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML / ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
