We are looking for an energetic person to join our team who loves early mornings! This position would involve opening the store at least 2 days a week, as well as, baking at least 2 days a week. The store opener is in charge of setting up the store for its day-to-day operations. As a baker, you are the backbone of the store. It will be your responsibility to ensure all products are baked for the day and replenishing the display case throughout your shift. No baking experience required as we will train you on sight!
Our Opener & Baking Shifts are as follows:
Opening and Baker - 4am-11am or 12pm Monday-Friday
5am-12pm or 1pm Saturday-Sunday
Scotian Enterprises is a locally owned and operated franchise based out of Erie Pa. We own several Tim Hortons locations in the Greater Erie area, as well as Meadville, Edinboro, and Warren Pennsylvania.

Our hours of operation are 5:00am until 7:00pm Monday-Friday and 6:00am-7:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Food Safety Certifications such as Servsafe Food Safety Manager are highly preferred but are not required. The ideal candidates have food service or customer service experience, but we are more than willing to train those without. There is opportunity for advancement after 6 months of employment with us. Management candidates should expect to have reliable transportation, open availability and a flexible schedule.
