Position Overview
We’re currently seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level B2B Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in sales, business development, or account management. You’ll work directly with small to medium-sized businesses, learning how to analyze needs, craft tailored solutions, and build strong, lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach and meetings with local business owners and decision-makers
- Present and sell products/services on behalf of our clients in a consultative and value-focused manner
- Build and manage a book of business through exceptional relationship-building and follow-up
- Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experiences and retention strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Hit weekly and monthly performance benchmarks with support and mentorship from leadership
