Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Junior Account Sales Representative at Scott Anthony Group. The role involves directly meeting with business owners and accounts to address their needs, drive revenue, and create lasting customer relationships. While the role is based in Providence, RI, it offers flexibility for some remote work. Acquiring new customers through a face-to-face sales approach not only creates new revenue but also helps target potential new customers on a 1:1 basis to really show how our clients can benefit them.We are seeking a driven, honest, and talented individual to join our team. The Junior Account Sales Representative focus's on acquiring, retaining and overseeing business accounts in greater RI/MA markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and collaborate with business owners and decision-makers.
- Identify and engage potential clients through B2B sales strategies.
- Negotiate Ideas to drive value to business owners through a systematic approach
- Conduct impactful one-on-one sales presentations to close deals.
- Effectively manage and organize assigned sales territories.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree (preferred but not required).
- 0-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and reliability.
- Leadership potential with a proactive growth mindset.
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
