Duties
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand company operations and management practices.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services, building relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and long term sticky customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, utilizing strong public speaking skills.
- Collaborate with various departments to gain insights into sales management and operational efficiencies.
- Utilize CRM tools to work territory efficiently.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing ideas and strategies for improvement.
- Conduct in-person outreach and meetings with local business owners and decision-makers
- Present and sell products/services on behalf of our clients in a consultative and value-focused manner
- Build and manage a book of business through exceptional relationship-building and follow-up
- Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experiences and retention strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Hit weekly and monthly performance benchmarks with support and mentorship from leadership
Experience
- Previous experience in outside sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong public speaking abilities with a knack for effective communication.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or practices is a plus.
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for reporting and analysis tasks.
