Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution and quality of enhancement work orders and replacements, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
- Drive daily operations, including material acquisition, scheduling, installation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Manage production schedules to meet 100% on-time delivery commitments.
- Motivate and supervise diverse crews, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with sales, construction, and support teams to review project plans and ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and vendors to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Plan and procure special equipment as needed, ensuring efficient site operations.
- Conduct site visits to inspect work activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
- Direct team activities, establishing priorities, managing labor hours, and tracking assignments.
- Submit accurate and timely paperwork, reviewing and approving time records, work orders, and other documents.
- Achieve safety goals by training employees, conducting weekly safety meetings, and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Assist in recruiting, selecting qualified candidates, and performing performance appraisals with HR.
- Understand and promote environmental stewardship, respecting natural resources in alignment with company objectives.
- Utilize technology to facilitate information management and record-keeping.
- Resolve needs, issues, safety concerns, and problems promptly, maintaining positive relations with colleagues, customers, and the public.
