TITLE CLERK FOR REPUTABLE AUTO DEALERSHIP IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY
The Scott Family of Dealerships have an immediate opportunity for a professional individual seeking a career with a growth-oriented company. Applicant must be highly organized, and detail oriented. Automotive Titling experience required. We offer a very competitive wage and benefits package.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all New vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Maintain Knowledge of PA Titling/Registration & other states, with processing on Dealer Track
- Prepare tax and title documents and all related paperwork
- Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Data Entry, Fill out Certificate of Origin(s) & titles as well as title applications
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive titling experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates
- Computer literacy and must be able to learn Company software
