Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement treatment plans for inpatient, outpatient, and home health patients.
  • ">
  • Conduct effective OT evaluations and treatments, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of patient care to referring providers.
  • ">
  • Maintain a sanitary and orderly department environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • ">

Essential Qualifications

">
    ">
  • Licensure in the State of Kansas.
  • ">
  • Able to work closely with people one-on-one, demonstrating a friendly, courteous, and caring demeanor.
  • ">
  • Positive outgoing personality, with a willingness to work autonomously.
  • ">
  • Basic knowledge of all OT procedures and treatments, with the ability to effectively communicate with various types of patients and other professionals.
  • ">

Physical Requirements

    ">
  • Occasional sitting, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting/carrying 10-50 pounds, with occasional lifting/carrying 51-75 pounds.
  • ">
  • Frequent reaching/grasping, twisting, pulling/pushing, with continuous writing in English and working irregular hours.

This is a non-exempt 40 hour per week position. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
