The Administrative Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the human resources team at Scott County Hospital by performing a variety of administrative tasks. These include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, performing clerical functions, answering frequent inquiries from applicants and employees, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior related office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software are also preferred.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Perform clerical functions such as scanning, filing, and maintaining employee personnel files.
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
- Provide clerical support to the HR department.
- Conduct or assist with new hire orientation.
- Assist with planning and execution of special events such as new-hire education days, recruiting fairs, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
