We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support project management, ensure smooth communication, and monitor key project areas in an Infor CloudSuite Distribution ERP implementation. The time allocation should focus on these tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination (25-30%)
- Tasks:
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Ensuring tasks are assigned, and deadlines are met.
- Monitoring progress using project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
- Managing project documentation and version control.
- Why Important: Helps keep the project organized and on schedule.
2. Stakeholder Communication & Support (15-20%)
- Tasks:
- Acting as a communication link between the project manager, team members, and stakeholders.
- Preparing status updates and reports for stakeholders.
- Addressing day-to-day queries or issues raised by team members or users.
- Why Important: Facilitates transparency and ensures concerns are addressed quickly.
3. Data Migration & Validation Support (15-20%)
- Tasks:
- Assisting with the preparation and review of legacy data for migration.
