What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Cashier position at Scott Electric Company?
Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Cleveland, OH branch for a Full-Time Customer Service/Cashier position Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm.
Responsibilities:
Handling cash, checks, debit, and credit transactions.
- Help balance and maintain the cash drawer daily.
- Help balance credit card transactions daily.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Entering receipted material into the computer and handling any discrepancies.
- Organize and process various transactions and paperwork
Requirements:
- Good math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customer Service driven
- Must have good communication skills
Must submit a background check and drug testing
Job Skills:
- Ability to prioritize & multitask
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
- Maintain composure in all situations while remaining focused and attention to detail
- Able to adjust to changes and problem-solve
- Work independently and as a team
- Able to accommodate customer needs in times of high call volumes
