Salary : $18.50 / hr.

Palco Power Systems, A Western PA distributor of Kohler Power Systems is seeking for a Service Writer (M-F 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM).

Responsibilities

  • Calling customers
  • Scheduling Generator Repairs
  • Scheduling Generator Routine Maintenance
  • Handling billing issues

Requirements :

  • Computer Skills
  • Prior experience of scheduling and repair
  • Mechanical experience preferred
  • Multitask and process driven
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • This is a fast-paced environment

    • Candidates with electrical knowledge are preferred .

    Typical shift is M-F 800 am-500 pm, but may require overtime as dictated by the needs of the business.
