What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Driver position at Scott Electric Company?
South Main Trucking has a current opening at our Greensburg, PA branch for a Full-time Shuttle Driver for the overnight shift(8 pm-4 am OT Sun-Thurs).
Responsibilities may include:
- Pulling orders according to packing slips in an accurate and timely manner.
- Verifying the contents of packages to be shipped.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Picking out ordered items from storage shelves.
- Securely shrink-wrapping items.
- Operate handling equipment according to industrial safety regulations.
- Loading delivery truck.
- Managing stock control, including item replenishment and storage.
- Performing general warehouse duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- 3 years of driving experience, clean driving record.
- Regularly lift 50-75lbs.
- Forklift operation and general warehousing is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
