Description

Scott Enterprises, Inc., a leader in the commercial / industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for the right individual! The ideal candidate will have / or will be working on an associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, sales, or business.

Responsibilities :

  • Client Acquisition : Actively seek out new commercial clients and build a strong customer base through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
  • Product Knowledge : Possess a deep understanding of commercial roofing products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
  • Sales Presentations : Conduct effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of the company's roofing solutions. Address client needs and concerns.
  • Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about the competitive landscape. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Sales Reporting : Keep detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and outcomes. Provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications :

  • Sales Experience : Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Self-Motivation : A self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of working independently and meeting sales targets.
  • Technical Aptitude : Comfortable using sales and CRM tools. Basic technical understanding of roofing systems.
  • This is a full-time salary position plus commission. We offer industry leading benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401(k) program, and others. EOE
