Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Actively seek out new commercial clients and build a strong customer base through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
- Product Knowledge : Possess a deep understanding of commercial roofing products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of the company's roofing solutions. Address client needs and concerns.
- Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Market Research : Stay informed about the competitive landscape. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Sales Reporting : Keep detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and outcomes. Provide regular reports to management.
