Job Description:
Are you passionate about art and skilled with your hands? Join our team as an Art Installer and help transform spaces into stunning showcases of creativity. We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals with a knack for problem-solving and an appreciation for craftsmanship to install artwork and frames in residential, commercial, and gallery settings.
Pay:
$18-20 per hour. Monthly bonus eligible after 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently install artwork, mirrors, and other framed pieces in various environments.
- Ensure proper placement and alignment for a polished, professional finish.
- Assess and prepare installation surfaces (e.g., drywall, wood, tile, concrete, or brick).
- Handle artwork with care to prevent damage during transport and installation.
- Communicate professionally with clients to meet their design preferences.
- Troubleshoot challenges and adapt installation techniques as needed.
- Travel regionally and nationally to client locations for installations (company van provided for travel).
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in art installation, framing, or a similar field is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- Ability to safely use tools, ladders, and equipment.
- Comfortable working in high or hard-to-reach areas, including stairwells.
- Reliable transportation to work and a clean driving record (a company van will be provided for travel to installations).
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
