CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Self-motivated to reach monthly goals, and earn award-winning customer survey metrics.
- Produce opportunities from daily CRM tasks (leads, phone-ups) and follow-up processes in the Business Development Center.
- Aim for mastery in three Honda performance areas: sales volume, customer satisfaction, and completion of all required courses through Honda University.
- Take ownership, and expedite, the preparation of paperwork for the Finance and Accounting Departments, at the same time, attentively preparing the vehicle through Reconditioning and Detail Departments.
REQUIRED: Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
