General Contractor looking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead Commercial and Industrial projects.
ROLE:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Ensure safety and quality control on-site
- Communicate with owners and clients to provide updates and resolve issues
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (retail, financial, restaurant, medical/healthcare)
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects
BASE PAY: $120,000-$180,000
