Job Description:
The Project Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Class A Corporate Interiors, office, medical office, etc. projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.
Select Responsibilities:
Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
Develop and manage project schedules
Manage subcontractor performance relationships
Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program
Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program
Project Superintendent Qualifications:
5 years' experience as a Project Superintendent within Class A Corporate Interiors
Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus
