National General Contractor looking for Superintendents to lead Data Center, Mission Critical, Advanced Manufacturing, and other complex Commercial projects.
ROLE:
- Lead daily site operations, managing subcontractors and crews
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with strict project standards
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Communicate with the project team, solve on-site challenges
- Oversee logistics, materials, and equipment to keep the job running smoothly
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on data centers, semiconductor plants, or mission-critical facilities
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, backup power, and critical infrastructure
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle complex, high-pressure projects
BASE PAY: $120,000-$205,000
- Per Diem/Vehicle or Allowance
- Travel Housing Paid For
- Insurance (Medical/Vision/Dental)
- Bonus
- PTO
