- Manage schedules, budgets, and site logistics
- Provide regular updates to clients and project managers
- Resolve on-site issues and complete daily reports
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- 5 years as a Superintendent in restaurant/QSR construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced, tight-schedule projects
- Willingness to travel throughout Texas
PAY: $95,000-$150,000 base salary with benefits:
