Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through completion.
Lead and mentor field teams, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
Collaborate with project managers and trade partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain schedules and budgets using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent for a commercial construction general contractor.
Strong background in ground-up projects with extensive site work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel 100% across Arizona and Southern California.
