IT Manager
We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our company's technology infrastructure and IT operations. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and efficiency of all IT systems, networks, and hardware. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of IT professionals, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive technological improvements within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT systems, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Supervise and mentor a team of IT specialists, technicians, and system administrators, ensuring the efficient delivery of IT support and services.
- Develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures to safeguard company data and protect against cyber threats. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for employees.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of IT products and services.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to assess IT needs and develop long-term technology strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality services.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements and upgrades to enhance system performance and user experience.
