Our client is hiring a Project Manager to oversee K-12 and higher education construction projects. These projects require expertise in bond-funded school construction, fast-track schedules, and campus safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage K-12 school and university construction projects.
- Oversee bond-funded projects, design approvals, and compliance processes.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans.
- Ensure ADA, fire code, and school security compliance.
- Coordinate with school districts, architects, and MEP contractors.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in education sector construction.
- Experience with publicly funded school projects.
- Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project
- Strong knowledge of ADA & fire codes.
