Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in daily operations
- Review construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and specifications
- Maintain project documentation, including change orders and progress reports
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance
- Assist in managing budgets, procurement, and materials tracking
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry, project workflows, and documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
