A leading national builder with a strong presence in mission critical and aviation construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the planning and execution of technically complex projects across the U.S. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining detailed construction schedules, supporting field teams, and ensuring accurate reporting to project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Analyze project progress and proactively identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with operations teams, field staff, and trade partners to gather input and validate schedule logic
- Support preconstruction planning and baseline schedule development
- Produce regular schedule updates, look-ahead reports, and delay analyses
- Assist with resource loading, production tracking, and earned value reporting
- Participate in project meetings, offering insights into sequencing and milestone tracking
Qualifications:
- 5 years of scheduling experience in commercial construction, with preference for mission critical or aviation projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 required; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path methodology, and subcontractor coordination
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present schedule data to field teams and executive leadership
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed for planning sessions and schedule reviews
