Sr. Project Controls Specialist

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil and industrial construction, with a strong background in cost control, scheduling, risk management, and progress tracking. This role is critical in ensuring project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to schedules.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools.
- Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial alignment.
- Implement and maintain systems to track project progress, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate and document project changes, ensuring accurate cost and schedule impact analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
