Our Client is a highly reputable, full-service commercial construction company serving Oklahoma and the surrounding states with offices in Ponca City, Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Founded in 1996, the company was established on the principles of safety, quality workmanship, dependability, and honesty.
They are seeking an experience construction Superintendent with experience in ground-up commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a lead Superintendent on ground up and renovation commercial projects (Experience with Casinos is a plus)
- Within driving distance to Ponca City or Tulsa, OK
- A thorough understanding of and ability to maintain a current, complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related items
- General computer skills, willingness to expand the use of new technologies for scheduling and reports
- High School Diploma
- Time management and communication skills
- Basic budgeting and public safety
Salary - Up to $115,000
