Role Overview:
As a Lead Superintendent, you’ll play a critical role in delivering projects of significant scope and complexity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily site operations and subcontractor performance.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Managing safety, quality, and on-site logistics.
- Providing daily progress reports and updates.
- Proactively addressing and resolving any on-site challenges.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 7 years as a Superintendent managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Expertise: Proven success in Ground-Up New Construction and Additions, with a preference for large-scale builds.
- Leadership Skills: A strong track record of leading teams and solving problems effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project and a deep understanding of construction methods and reading blueprints
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication are essential for success in this role.
