We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial, distribution, and tilt-wall construction projects nationwide. This role is ideal for an experienced superintendent who thrives on the road and can drive fast-paced field execution from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site operations for tilt-wall, warehouse, and distribution center builds
- Manage subcontractor performance and maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
- Coordinate with PMs, clients, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Track project schedule, adjust sequencing, and drive milestone completion
- Maintain clear daily logs, reports, and communication through Procore
- Ensure adherence to project drawings, specs, and quality control
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a superintendent in industrial or commercial construction
- Prior tilt-up or tilt-wall experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of site logistics, steel, slab, and shell package management
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- Willingness to travel full-time with per diem and housing provided
