Manager Trainee wanted. I'm looking for a manager trainee for our warehouse and production operation. We recycle plastics and e-waste for clients across the Southeast.
I'm looking for someone who likes an active work environment, understands the difference between making something happen and just letting something happen, and is willing and able to develop their existing leadership skills.
You'll eventually be planning, directing, and controlling the work and productivity of several production teams. This is in a warehouse environment. Experience in a warehouse is helpful but not necessary. Computer experience is important and I'm looking for evidence of ability to supervise and gain the respect of your team.
